This tool is dedicated to tool designers and process experts, for the rapid design of hydraulic systems suitable for tooling.
From 3D CAD tooling, 3D_Analyzer Plastic Edition® allows you to:
- Realize the hydraulic bridging of the circuits
- Validate the correct flow balancing
- Determine the most appropriate thermoregulator
With the HydroMold workshop, 3D_Analyzer Plastic Edition® simulates hydraulic implementation
The workshop calculates the flow rates and pressure drops of the entire hydraulic circuit from the temperature control unit. Thanks to the calculation of the exchange coefficient, the efficiency of the heat exchanges of each circuit is quantified.
Equipped with a database, the HydroMold® workshop assists the user in choosing the most appropriate thermoregulator for the regulation of tools.
The short calculation times (less than 1 minute) make it possible to envisage several different bypasses and to select the most suitable one.

3D_Analyzer® is a professional CAD viewer for viewing and analyzing models from major native and standard formats. It displays the product structure, the exact and triangulated geometry, the construction history and the design parameters as well as the PMIs, annotations and metadata.
It is equipped with advanced measurement and annotation tool and allows the quick creation of specific views, in section, exploded with automatic and manual functions.
This software is a powerful and intuitive analysis platform for comparing geometry, structure and annotations, for detecting collisions and games, and for controlling thicknesses and remains.
