AEME GSE upgrades EcoTug 90/180 eGPU with CATL new batteries. Driven by world-class LFP cells, the system offers high energy density, maximum safety, and exceptional environmental resilience. Warranty: Up to 4,000 cycles or 8 years.

Precision Monitoring (BMS)
The Battery Management System (BMS) tracks details in real-time: Voltage accuracy within ≤5 mV and SOC error under 5%.A three-tier alarm strategy—local alerts, remote intervention, and automatic forced shutdown—to prevent issues before they start.

Safety Without Compromise
The battery cabinet features automatic fire suppression. Each pack has sensors for temperature, smoke, CO, and electrolyte vapors. Smart logic triggers pack-level alarms and suppression based on risk. For extra peace of mind, a manual emergency override is always within reach.

Environmental Adaptability
Thermal management system (heating, cooling, insulation) ensures stable performance from -20°C to 55°C, reducing temperature-related risks and extending battery life.
