FOD*BOSS Wraps Up a Successful GSE Expo Europe 2026

Three days in Lisbon brought together customers, distributors and aviation professionals for valuable conversations about the evolving future of FOD management and airside safety.

The Aerosweep team has returned from a highly successful week at GSE Expo Europe 2026 in Lisbon, where FOD*BOSS was showcased to aviation and ground support professionals from around the world.

The event provided an invaluable opportunity to spend time with members of our international distributor network, reconnect with existing customers and build new relationships with airport and aviation professionals. We were particularly pleased to receive extremely positive feedback from existing FOD*BOSS users and to introduce the system to many industry professionals experiencing it for the first time.

Throughout the week, our team enjoyed thoughtful conversations about the challenges of managing Foreign Object Debris (FOD) across vastly different airfield environments. These discussions reinforced the importance of practical FOD management solutions that can help operators collect debris efficiently without adding unnecessary complexity or significant operational costs.

GSE Europe also provided an opportunity to learn from the wider industry. Airside operations continue to evolve as airports adopt new technologies, equipment and operating practices, and it was valuable to see firsthand how organizations across the aviation sector are responding to these advancements while maintaining their focus on safety and efficiency.

For Aerosweep, these conversations are particularly important. FOD*BOSS is designed to provide a simple, highly effective and economical approach to routine FOD collection, helping airports and airfields cover large operational areas quickly while integrating easily into existing airside operations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at GSE Expo Europe and thank everyone who visited the FOD*BOSS booth, shared their experiences or took the time to discuss the future of FOD management with our team. We look forward to returning when the event is held again in two years.
