3D_Evolution Simplifier reduces large assemblies to native and tessellated formats by up to 97% for virtual reality, augmented reality and the digital factory.
Two-stage simplification process: exact geometry simplification followed by tessellation simplification
Step 1 > Simplification of the exact geometry
Removal of internal components and creation of a geometric envelope, automatic removal of internal components and optional filtering of low volume solids, followed by automatic creation of a solid geometric envelope.
As a result, assemblies are simplified to the maximum, the optimum is reached for the generation of accurate CAD models.
Step 2 > Tessellation Simplification
After converting the simplified models to tessellated formats (VRML, FBX, OBJ, STL or JT), this step results in a reduction of the number of triangles in seconds. The percentage of reduction is defined by the user. This extreme reduction of the number of elements allows for a much more powerful and fluid rendering for the animation of very large sets for VR, AR and the digital factory.
The result is a reduction in the number of triangles and a drastic reduction of the model size, perfect for fluid use in VR, AR and the digital factory.
