NG3000 Series - Differential Sensor

Quantities to suit every programme need

Configurable unamplified datasheet aerospace pressure sensor solution with quantities to suit every programme need, no NRE and customisable marking.

The NG3000 is the next generation, aerospace pressure sensing platform from Druck. Leveraging over 50 years of innovation in the aerospace industry, the NG3000 is a fully configured, COTS solution for commercial and military requirements.

The full product offering has been stringently tested and qualified to the latest RTCA DO-160G/MIL levels, ensuring performance in harsh environments. Druck’s NG3000 is fully customisable from an online configurator tool.

This means customers can have individual part codes for repeat orders which makes it an ideal solution for smaller or larger use applications.

The differential pressure sensor is semi-isolated by design. The High Pressure port (P1), and is fully isolated from the pressure media. The Low Pressure port (P2), with the pressure sensing silicon exposed to the media. See specification document 158M5591 for compatibility information.

This product should only be used where the media is known and is proven to be compatible with the silicon and adhesive used on the low pressure port.

Line pressure is the static pressure applied to both ports.

The new NG3000 platform is fully a configured, COTS aerospace pressure sensing solution. It can be ordered through an online configurator tool, meaning customers can have an individual part code for repeat orders.

Through our bespoke ordering tool, you can customise your NG3000 Aerospace pressure sensor to choose features including pressure and temperature range, pressure connector and even adding your own logo on the body tube.
