Electroair launches mobile gas charging solutions for aviation ground support

The new range is suitable for civil airports, MRO facilities, military airfields, remote stands and operators working in severe climate or mixed-use apron environments.

ElectroAir has launched a new range of mobile gas charging solutions for aviation ground support, covering aircraft nitrogen servicing, medical oxygen charging and high-pressure compressed air support.
The range includes the EA-NITROGEN Gas Charging Station, EA-OXYGEN Gas Charging Station and EA-20-350 Air Servicer Unit. Together, the units support aircraft systems that require nitrogen, oxygen or compressed air during ground operations, maintenance work and mission-critical support.
While modern ground support is often discussed through GPU, PCA, 400 Hz infrastructure and electrification, many aircraft servicing tasks still depend on pressure-based support. Landing gear struts, hydraulic accumulators, aircraft tyres, onboard oxygen systems and pneumatic consumers all require dedicated servicing equipment close to the aircraft.
ElectroAir’s new gas charging solutions are designed to help operators reduce delays caused by equipment location, remote stand limitations or maintenance workflow interruptions. The units can be configured around the truck platform selected by the operator, helping airports, MROs and defence users align the equipment with their fleet standards, terrain, climate and operational requirements.
“Aircraft readiness is not built on power supply alone,” said Aleksandr Skrebnev, Head of Sales and Marketing Department at ElectroAir. “Having the right equipment on site is only part of the solution. For airports and MROs, the challenge usually is getting the service to the aircraft when it matters. Our new gas charging solutions are designed to close that gap.”
The EA-NITROGEN Gas Charging Station provides high-pressure nitrogen charging for aircraft systems, including landing gear struts, accumulators and tyres. The EA-OXYGEN Gas Charging Station supports medical oxygen charging of onboard aircraft oxygen systems, including cylinders and central oxygen systems. The EA-20-350 Air Servicer Unit supplies high-pressure compressed air for aircraft and helicopter pneumatic systems, accumulators, onboard equipment and maintenance checks.
The new range is suitable for civil airports, MRO facilities, military airfields, remote stands and operators working in severe climate or mixed-use apron environments. It also supports the broader airport electrification roadmap by helping complete the ground-side service model around the aircraft, alongside ground power, PCA, PIT systems and cable management.
