of an ELITE A320 FNPT II MCC APS in Istanbul

ELITE Simulation Solutions is proud to announce the delivery of an ELITE Airbus A320 FNPT II MCC APS simulator to Bluewings Flight Academy in Istanbul, Turkey. This important project further strengthens ELITE’s presence in the airline training market and supports the continued development of advanced aviation training capabilities in the region.

The new Airbus A320 FNPT II MCC APS simulator will provide Blue Wings Academy with a highly immersive and professional airline-oriented training environment designed to prepare cadets and pilots for modern multi-crew airline operations. With the growing demand for airline-ready pilots worldwide, advanced simulation technologies have become an essential component of professional pilot education and airline preparation programs.

The ELITE Airbus A320 FNPT II MCC APS platform faithfully replicates the Airbus A320 cockpit environment and operational philosophy. The simulator has been specifically designed to support Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC), Airline Pilot Standards (APS MCC), Crew Resource Management (CRM), IFR procedures, airline standard operating procedures, and jet orientation training.

The installation in Istanbul features high-fidelity Airbus cockpit replication, including OEM-style sidesticks, advanced ECAM functionality, realistic avionics behavior, dynamic visual systems, and a complete instructor operating station allowing instructors to create highly realistic airline training scenarios. The simulator architecture has been developed to support EASA FNPT II MCC APS qualification standards while maintaining flexibility for future operational and regulatory requirements.

Integrating this advanced simulator platform, Bluewings Flight Academy will be able to provide students with a realistic multi-crew airline environment where they can develop technical skills, communication procedures, cockpit coordination, workload management, and operational decision-making in accordance with modern airline expectations.
