New EASA STC for HENSOLDT SferiRec LCR100 lightweight flightrecorder

The latest STC is for the Airbus H135 Helicopter

Next milestone for the #LCR100! We are pleased to announce that our partner of the DRF Luftrettung has received the latest Supplemental Type Certificates (STC) from EASA - European Union Aviation Safety Agency for our lightweight voice and flight data recorder for Airbus' H135 helicopter.

Having received ETSO (European Technical Standard Order) certification last year, we have now worked with DRF Stiftung Luftrettung gemeinnützige AG who integrated our recorder while also ensuring compliance with NVIS requirement. Our lightest crash recorder, weighing only 1 kg, is installed in the cockpit and can be operated by pilot and co-pilot. The latest certification is another important contribution to our commitment to increasing flight safety in light rotorcraft.

After the first STC for the Beechcraft King Air series earlier this year and the new STC for the H135, further certifications are already in the pipeline!
