Inbertec UA1200 Wired Deicing Intercom System

Lightweight, Noise-Canceling Communication Solution for Safer, More Efficient Aircraft Deicing

Inbertec engineered to eliminate noise-related disruptions in aircraft deicing operations, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing safety for ground crews.

Aircraft deicing work depends on seamless cab-to-bucket coordination, but high levels of machinery noise often distort audio, leading to overuse of costly deicing fluids, workflow delays, and risks of accidental aircraft damage. The UA1200 system directly solves these challenges with clear, reliable communication tailored to harsh deicing environments.

At the heart of the system are two specialized headsets: the UA1200-D dual-ear headset and UA1200-S single-ear headset. Both feature shock-absorption head-pads, lightweight carbon fiber ear shells, dynamic moving coil noise-canceling microphones, and detachable cables for flexible use. Complementing the headsets are the UGD-M Main Control Station (for chassis cabs) and UGD-R Remote Station (for operator baskets), equipped with built-in speakers, microphones, and hands-free communication support.

A key innovation is the system’s ability to switch between headset and hands-free modes (Both station with speaker& mic), giving operators flexibility to adapt to different tasks. The headset UA1200-D features PNR noise reduction (NRR: 25dB), cutting through background noise to ensure commands are heard clearly—reducing fluid waste, streamlining workflows, and preventing costly accidents.

Effective communication is non-negotiable in deicing operations, The UA1200 combines ergonomic design with robust noise cancellation and dual-station functionality, giving teams the clarity they need to work safely and efficiently.

The UA1200 Wired Deicing Intercom System is now available to airlines, deicing service providers, and ground operations teams worldwide.
