The desk offers a high degree of flexibility; it is designed to be used as a traditional check-in desk or self-service desk that can be switched in an instant. The HYBRID concept enables a seamless, future-proof transition from a traditional check-in desk to a stand-alone self-service area.

It also has a flat frontal surface that offers a passenger-friendly solution. The front panel of the HYBRID is made of sturdy surface that is hard-wearing, highly resistant, antibacterial and requires minimal maintenance. The counter design also supports its function; no additional connection space is required for installation.

Award-winning SITA equipment in HYBRID desk

The HYBRID desk is equipped with the award-winning SITA Smart Path TS6 kiosk. This smartly designed and highly customisable device can be used for check-in, baggage tagging and border control. Support on this kiosk is provided by SITA Global Services (SGS), which ensures global business continuity and monitoring through a flexible service model.

Traditional counter in HYBRID design

INTOS understands that airports do not change their operations overnight. That is why INTOS offers the HYBRID-ready as a traditional counter in the same eye-catching design, without the SITA kiosk. The flexible HYBRID-ready can be transformed into the full HYBRID at a later stage, with little impact on operations and without replacing the entire counter.
