STY5040JCSE Electric Self-propelled conveyor belt loader is a special vehicle with chassis independently developed by our company. It has advanced vehicle design concept, beautiful shape, reasonable layout and comfortable driving, and adopts ergonomic design. The transmission mechanism is fully functional and easy to operate, and the selection of well-known domestic accessories, supplemented by advanced manufacturing technology, especially the vehicle can be configured with ASD active anti-collision system and reliable self-diagnosis fault function, so that this car is in the domestic leading level regardless of appearance and performance.
The whole vehicle is composed of chassis assembly (cab assembly), control system assembly, lifting frame and transmission frame assembly, electrical system and hydraulic system.
The vehicle can be used for loading and unloading luggage, light bulk cargo and mail in and out of the bottom of the aircraft, making it an ideal airport ground equipment.
It is also suitable for all bulk cargo handling scenarios such as postal service and warehouse.
The chassis of the whole vehicle is a self-made chassis, which is composed of chassis assembly 1, front axle assembly 2, 24V battery assembly 3, oil pump motor assembly 4, energy storage device assembly 5, 5-in-1 controller assembly 6, charging port 7, rear axle assembly 8, drive motor 9 and chassis structural parts.
The front axle is a steering axle (driven axle). Load-carrying capacity of 3000kg, by the bridge body, steering knuckle, steering cylinder, steering connecting rod and front tire, disc brake, etc., tire specification model: 215/70-15.
The rear axle is the drive axle. Load capacity 3000kg, speed ratio: 18.37. It is composed of gearbox, differential, axle housing, hub and rear tire and drum brake. Tire specification Model: 215/70-15. The drive axle realizes vehicle walking through the drive motor (30KW).
The body is an integral frame structure, welded from high-strength plates, and the chassis is a bearing component on which all components are mounted.
Suspension: The front and rear axle respectively use leaf spring shock absorption, effectively improve the driving comfort.
The brake system, the vacuum assisted brake master pump, the electronic vacuum pump provides the vacuum source, and the brake is two independent double-circuit structure.
Fully hydraulic steering gear, power source from the gear pump, control the expansion of the transverse steering cylinder, to achieve wheel steering.
Cab assembly The cab is located on the front left side and is a fully enclosed metal structure with optional air conditioning.
In order to ensure the safety of the car, the driver seat has a built-in pressure switch, if the shift handle is in the forward or reverse position, once the driver leaves the seat, the software control VCU does not send instructions to the drive motor, the drive motor does not work, the vehicle will not move forward or backward, playing a role in safety protection.
