I. Protection of aircraft:

1, mechanical pressure safety valve

When the gas supply system pressure exceeds 50psi, the safety valve operates and deflates to maintain the system gas supply pressure.

1. Air supply pressure protection switch

When the pressure of the gas supply system exceeds 44psi, the pressure switch acts to implement the gas supply protection.

2. The unit protection is removed in the starting mode

When the "select switch" on the operating panel is pressed to the "Aircraft Start" position, all protective functions of the unit are removed.

3. Aircraft air supply joint with filter screen

Second, the protection of the unit:

1, high engine water temperature protection

When the coolant temperature in the radiator exceeds 103 ° C, the unit automatically stops, and the engine water temperature indicator on the operation panel lights up.

2, low engine oil pressure protection

When the engine oil pressure is lower than 270kPa, the unit will automatically stop, and the engine oil pressure low indicator on the operation panel will light up.

3, engine cooling low liquid level protection

When the engine coolant level is low, the unit automatically stops and the coolant level low indicator on the operation panel lights up.

4, compressor oil temperature protection

When the compressor oil temperature exceeds 76 ° C, the unit automatically stops, and the compressor oil temperature indicator on the operation panel lights up.

5, compressor oil pressure low protection

When the compressor oil pressure is lower than 50kPa, the unit automatically stops, and the compressor oil low pressure indicator on the operation panel is on.

6, high protection of compressor gas supply temperature

When the air supply temperature of the compressor is higher than 220 ° C, the unit automatically stops, and the high air supply temperature indicator on the operation panel lights up.

7. Charging protection

When the charging system fails, the charging protection indicator on the operation panel lights up.

8. Emergency shutdown

There is an emergency stop button on the operation panel. When there is an emergency, press the button to forcibly shut down the engine.
