The chassis of the Portable Water Service Truck is partially modified in accordance with the product design. At the rear end of the main beam, a working platform frame is welded. On the left side of the platform frame is a staircase, which is used for staff to walk up the box for maintenance and cleaning. On the right side of the platform frame is a water pipe delivery device. On the right side of the main beam, there are water pumps, water inlet pipes, hydraulic pumps and hydraulic accessories. On the left side of the main beam, a fixed diesel tank and a hydraulic oil tank are placed.

The hydraulic system is composed of an oil tank, an oil filter, a stop valve, an oil pump, a check valve, an electromagnetic reversing valve, a lifting cylinder, a pressure gauge, oil pipes and pipeline accessories, etc. The oil pump adopts a medium and high-pressure gear pump, which is directly driven by the output shaft of the power take-off to supply pressure oil to the hydraulic system. On the inlet and outlet oil circuits of the lifting cylinder, a bidirectional hydraulic control valve is set, which can lock the piston rod of the cylinder at any position. The rated pressure of the hydraulic system is 10Mpa. The pressure gauge installed on the oil pipe can directly reflect and observe the rated pressure of the hydraulic system. It has been debugged before leaving the factory and generally cannot be adjusted at will during use. The capacity of the hydraulic oil tank is 80 liters. The vehicle emergency evacuation device is simple and reliable.
