The hydraulic motor of Lavatory Service Vehicles drives the vacuum pump to evacuate the sewage. The vacuum pump model is 2BV2771, generating a certain negative pressure inside the box. When the aircraft sewage pipe joint is connected, the aircraft sewage valve is opened, and the vacuum pump switch is turned on, the aircraft sewage tank can be quickly and clean sucked. Vacuum drainage, on the one hand, improves work efficiency; On the other hand, it can ensure that sewage will not seep out from the pipe joints to avoid pollution to the airport environment and staff.

Note: When the vacuum pump is damaged or the vacuum suction function is not needed, do not turn on the vacuum pump. The dirt can be discharged by self-flow.

The three-way ball valve at the upper end of the water ring vacuum pump in the pump room is connected to the vacuum pump and is in the normally open state, while the other end is the water discharge port and is in the normally closed state. When it is necessary to drain the circulating water in the circulating water tank, the ball valve in the water discharge section is in the open state.
