The main function of the container cargo loader is to lift air containers and air pallets (hereinafter referred to as "goods") to the aircraft cabin door and transport the goods from the loader to the aircraft cabin. Or transport the goods from the aircraft cabin to the ground.

The lifting and transmission load of the main platform is 7000kg, and the service height is 490-3700 mm.

2. It can meet the requirements for loading and unloading goods by power transmission from the rear side of the main platform and the left and right sides.

3. The main platform is equipped with evenly distributed rubber transmission wheels, universal nylon wheels and swivel wheels for transmission. The longitudinal, lateral and rotational movements of the goods are achieved through hydraulic drive of the rubber transmission wheels, universal nylon wheels and swivel wheels, with a transmission speed of 0.3m/s.

4. The front, rear, left and right ends of the main platform are respectively equipped with baffles that can be automatically or manually controlled for lifting and lowering.

When the main platform rises to the same height (level position) as the bridge platform, the front baffle will automatically fall.

2) When the main platform descends from the position level with the bridge platform, the front baffle automatically rises.

3) When the main platform baffle is pressed down by containers or plates, the main platform must not be raised by more than 1500mm.

4) When the main platform rises from the lowest position, the baffle automatically rises.

5) There are guide plates on both sides of the main platform that can independently control the lifting and lowering movements.
