The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangsu Province released the "List of Advanced Intelligent Factories in Jiangsu Province in 2025". Jiangsu Tianyi Aviation Industry Co., Ltd. successfully made the list with its intelligent factory for high-end equipment manufacturing in civil aviation.

Advanced intelligent factories in Jiangsu Province are an important part of the gradient construction of intelligent factories and one of the key indicators for measuring the development level of intelligent manufacturing in a region.

This selection is a newly established qualification assessment project by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangsu Province this year. It aims to provide a model reference for major enterprises in the province, accelerate the upgrading of traditional factories to smart factories, and is of great significance for leading the industry to "follow the example" and carry out intelligent transformation. The intelligent factory of Tianyi Co., Ltd. is equipped with intelligent devices such as robot intelligent welding workstations, fiber laser cutting machines, laser blanking machines, and fully automatic electric swimming pools.

Welding robots are industrial robots engaged in welding (including cutting and spraying). To adapt to different uses, the mechanical interface of the last axis of the robot is usually a connecting flange, which can be equipped with different tools or end effectors. Fiber laser cutting machines are laser cutting machines that use fiber laser generators as the light source.

The aircraft simulation cabin can test the ASD safety berthing system of various vehicles and conduct all-round reliability verification for all kinds of newly produced vehicles.

The driver's remote operation and predictive control of the vehicle truly achieve real-time guidance for safe and efficient driving.

It is the first domestic big data supervision platform in the industry, equipped with 500,000 ground support devices for civil aviation airports, and has the ability to store the original data of vehicles throughout their entire life cycle. For the operation scenarios of airport dedicated transport vehicles, real-time monitoring of vehicle operation conditions and fault alarm situations is carried out, and vehicle fault and maintenance information is promptly pushed to the person in charge to enhance vehicle safety guarantees. The on-board terminal identifies abnormal behaviors of personnel, takes photos of the abnormal behaviors and uploads them to the platform. Effectively supervise personnel operation norms and enhance vehicle safety. Collect the working data of charging equipment in the airport in real time, generate relevant records and conduct data analysis. Monitor the service capabilities of each charging station and adjust the service capabilities of each charging equipment in a timely manner as needed.
