140KVA towed AC/DC ground power supply vehicle
140KVA towed AC/DC ground power supply vehicle
The power supply unit of the towed aircraft power vehicle meets the power supply requirements of the on-board electrical system for 400Hz AC/DC models. The power supply vehicle is equipped with a complete protection and dynamic regulation system, which can meet the stability requirements of frequency and voltage for aircraft using medium-frequency power supply.
This vehicle is composed of: an engine, a generator, a voltage regulation system, a frequency protection system, a voltage protection system, a load protection system, an output control system, an operating system, an output system and a trailer chassis, etc.
The main performance of the generator
a. Three-phase AC medium-frequency synchronous brushless generator (a well-known domestic brand)
b. The rated speed of the generator is 1846 rpm, the rated power is ≥112kW, and the power factor is 0.8
3. Stability parameters of the output power supply
3.1 Voltage Regulation Capability:
a. Voltage recovery time: 100 milliseconds to recover to rated voltage, ± 1%
b. Transient voltage regulation rate: +/- 13.8%, suddenly increased from no-load to rated load
c. Voltage modulation capacity: no more than +/- 1%, from no-load to rated load
d. Steady-state voltage modulation rate: 0.5%
e. Voltage imbalance: No more than 1% when the three-phase load is balanced, 30% of the rated load is loaded on any one phase, and no more than 4% when the other two phases are unloaded.
3.2 Voltage Waveform:
a. Peak coefficient: 1.414 +/- 0.07
b. Harmonic content: The total harmonic content shall not exceed 2%. Under a power factor of 0.8 and linear load conditions, the harmonic content of any phase shall not exceed 1.5%
c. It has the function of automatic cable voltage drop compensation, and the compensation value is greater than 5% of the rated voltage.
3.3 Requirements for Frequency Regulation Capability:
a. Frequency modulation quantity: +/- 0.1%, from no-load to rated load to overload
b. Overfrequency protection: 420 Hz, 5 seconds, automatically cuts off the power connection with the aircraft system, and the overvoltage indicator light is on.
