Introduction to the Suspension System of Electric Tow tractor

Both the front and rear suspensions of the chassis adopt semi-floating elastic suspension technology, featuring a simple structure and a low failure rate.

It adopts front and rear helical springs and is equipped with cylindrical shock absorbers for shock absorption, thereby enhancing the operational comfort and significantly reducing the driver's labor intensity.

Instructions for the Tractor

Electric tractors are only used to tow relatively stable loads. Apart from the driver, it can only carry one person to sit in the passenger seat inside the cabin. The storage space for materials and equipment is located under the hood at the front of the vehicle. It can walk up and down slopes, but only reach the limit given in the technical table.

Towing of unbraked trailers

When braking a non-braked trailer, especially on slopes, an emergency brake may cause the trailer to misalign, which implies a safety risk unrelated to the tractor. To provide safe usage conditions, please determine the maximum speed for safe braking based on the maximum load (unbraked) and the slope.

It can be calculated by the following formula:

V = {240 / (Q + 1) + 2 - %} / 1.6

V refers to the speed in km/h

"Q" refers to the weight of towing an unbraked vehicle, expressed in tons

% indicates slope degree (if the horizontal state is 0)
