Conveyor Belt Loader safety machine system

Conveyor Belt Loader safety machine system is mainly composed of controller, millimeter wave sensor, mechanical limit switch, anti-collision buffer device, signal indicator light, brake and brake actuator.

1. Slow down by relying on the machine

When the switch of the docking system is turned on, the VCU controller (C10) sends a signal to the brake actuator (M02) via the CAN bus, and the bulk loader enters the slow-moving mode, with the speed of the bulk loader ≤3km/h. When the millimeter-wave sensor (U06) detects that the distance between the bulk loader and the cabin door is less than 1m, it sends a signal to the vehicle's VCU controller (C10). The VCU controller (C10) then sends the signal to the brake actuator (M02) via the CAN bus, and the bulk loader enters the worm speed mode, with the bulk loader speed ≤0.36km/h.

2. Touch the machine to stop

When the millimeter-wave sensor (U06) and the photoelectric switch (SG01) detect that the distance between the buffer protection device of the bulk loader and the cabin door is less than 500mm, they send a signal to the vehicle's VCU controller (C10). The VCU controller (C10) then sends the signal to the brake actuator (M02) via the CAN bus, causing the vehicle to stop.

When the mechanical limit switches (SX01, SX02) are triggered, the VCU controller (C10) sends a signal to the brake actuator (M02) via the CAN bus, causing the vehicle to stop.

3. Failure protection

When the millimeter-wave sensor (U06) fails, the VCU controller (C10) cannot receive the distance detection message information and sends it to the brake actuator (M02) via the CAN line, causing the vehicle to stop moving and simultaneously turning the driving status light red.

4. Exceed the switch

When the overtaking switch (S02) is turned on, the VCU controller (C10) receives the signal to open the overtaking switch and sends instructions via the CAN bus. The interlock protection of the entire vehicle is lifted, and the functions of the millimeter-wave sensor (U06), photoelectric switch (SG01), and mechanical limit switch (SX01, SX02) are turned off. The VCU controller (C10) sends a message to the brake actuator (M02) via the CAN bus to ensure normal vehicle operation.
