90KVA(28.5VDC) towed AC/DC ground power vehicle

The main configuration and performance of the towed AC/DC ground power vehicle engine:

1. Engine parameters

a. Dongfeng CUMMINS QSB5.9, straight-line diesel six-cylinder, water-cooled, turbocharged, intercooled, electronic fuel injection, maximum power: 154KW/2200RPM, rotational speed: 1846RPM, emission standard: EU STAGE 3A;

b. Protective devices: Equipped with emergency shutdown, overspeed shutdown, high-temperature protection shutdown, and low oil pressure protection shutdown devices.

2 The main performance of the towed AC/DC ground power vehicle generator

A. Three-phase AC medium-frequency synchronous brushless generator (a well-known domestic brand);

b. The rated speed of the generator is 1846 rpm, the rated power is ≥72kW, and the power factor is 0.8

3. Stability parameters of the output power supply of the towed AC/DC ground power vehicle

3.1 Voltage regulation capability:

a. Voltage recovery time: 100 milliseconds to recover to rated voltage, +/- 1%

b. Transient voltage regulation rate: +/- 13.8%, sudden increase from no-load to rated load

c. Voltage modulation: No more than +/- 1%, from no-load to rated load

d. Steady-state voltage modulation rate: 0.5%

e. Voltage imbalance: When the three-phase load is balanced, it shall not exceed 1%. When 30% of the rated load is applied to any one of the phases, it shall not exceed 4% when the other two phases are unloaded.

3.2 Voltage Waveform:

a. Peak coefficient: 1.414 +/- 0.07

b. Harmonic content: The total harmonic content shall not exceed 2%. Under a power factor of 0.8 and linear load conditions, the harmonic content of any phase shall not exceed 1.5%

c. It has an automatic cable voltage drop compensation function, with the compensation value greater than 5% of the rated voltage.

3.3 Requirements for Frequency Regulation Capability:

a. Frequency modulation: +/- 0.1%, from no-load to rated load to overload

b. Overfrequency protection: 420Hz, 5 seconds, automatically cut off the power supply and connection with the aircraft system, and the overvoltage indicator light will be on.

3.4 Settings of the Power Output Protection System:

The functions of the power output protection system:

The power output protection system has the functions of delaying, cutting off output and resetting manually in case of abnormal conditions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, over-frequency, under-frequency and overload in the power supply system.

b. The minimum time required for the protection device to cut off the output is less than 50ms.
