What does Catering truck security interlock mean

What does the "safety interlock" of the catering truck refer to?

① When the power transfer device is in operation, the transmission gearshift cannot be engaged and the vehicle cannot move.

② The support legs cannot be retracted properly and the vehicle cannot move.

③ There is an audible and visual alarm device during the lifting of the compartment.

④ The compartment cannot be retracted when it is not lowered to the correct position.
