Water Service Truck RSteps and methods of oil change
Lower the work platform cylinder to the lowest position to ensure that thehydraulic oil is discharged from the cylinder, the motor stops running, and thenturn off the engine.
Use gasoline to thoroughly clean all pipe joints, pump and motor joints, drain plugs, fuel tank top filler cap and bottom drain plug and their surroundingareas
3) Open the oil drain valve and the drain plug at the bottom of the oil tank toallow all the old oil to flow into the oil barrel containing waste oil.
4) Open the fuel tank's filler cap, remove the fuel filter, and inspect the residualoil at the bottom, edges, and corners of the tank for metal powder or otherimpurities. Thoroughly clean the tank, first using diesel fuel twice, then blow drythe inside with compressed air. Check the edges and corners for any remainingsludge or impurities until they are completely clear, then flush again with fresh oil.(For areas with a high concentration of small impurities, you can also use about 2kg of flour. Knead the flour until it stretches, then divide it into three portions. Usethis dough in three separate passes to clean the inside of the hydraulic tank, especially the edges and corners, and the filter cartridge.)
5)Remove all oil pipes and thoroughly clean them. Rinse the steel pipes twicewith diesel fuel and the hoses twice with cleaning fluid. Blow them dry withcompressed air and flush with fresh oil. Seal all joints with nylon plugs or caps, orwrap them with clean plastic sheeting to prevent dust, moisture, and othercontamination from entering the system.
6)Remove the filter elements of all filters in the system. When replacing thefilter element, carefully check whether there is metal powder or other impuritieson the filter element, so as to understand the wear condition of the parts in thesystem.
7) Drain the old oil in the main hydraulic pump, control valves, valve blocks, and drive motor cavities, and fill them with new oil.
8) Install any previously removed oil pipes. Before installing any oil pipes, besure to re-clean the pipe joints and wipe them clean with a silk cloth. Never usecotton yarn, towels, or other fabrics to wipe the pipe joints. When installingthreaded joints, use sealing tape, applying it in the opposite direction of the threadrotation. Install and connect all pipe joints in the order specified and to thespecified torque. Be sure to replace the sealing rings on any removed oil pipes.
