Tianyi GSE Assists in the Smooth Implementation of Ground Support System at Honghe Mengzi Airport

Recently, with the completion of the final on-site heavy-load trial run and acceptance of the last aircraft trailer, all the ground support vehicles purchased by Honghe Mengzi Airport from Tianyi GSE have been 100% installed, debugged and delivered on site. The equipment matrix delivered this time includes six core types of equipment: aviation water trucks, aviation sewage trucks, aviation garbage trucks, passenger boarding ladders, belt conveyors and aviation tractors, covering the full range of ground service needs for flights, from passenger pick-up and drop-off, in-flight logistics support to in-flight dispatch.
Unlike the equipment configuration of conventional plain airports, Honghe Mengzi Airport is located in the southern plateau area of Yunnan Province. It has specific requirements for the power performance of vehicles, cold-weather adaptability, and the passability in complex road conditions. To match this operational scenario, the Tianyi GSE project team initiated customized adaptation work three months in advance: They upgraded the insulation water storage system for the water tanker to prevent pipeline icing in high-altitude and low-temperature environments; They increased the pressure of the sewage pump for the sewage tanker to ensure no residual discharge on steep slopes; They added anti-slip widened steps and adaptive leveling devices to the passenger boarding ladder, enabling stable docking with the cabin door even on non-level airport positions.
During the on-site delivery phase, the project team adopted a "batched entry, individual verification, and full-process training" implementation plan. After each type of vehicle arrived, installation and debugging were completed immediately, and at the same time, airport operation staff were organized to conduct theoretical teaching and practical exercises. From the 24-hour full-load pressure maintenance test of the water tanker, to the sealing transfer and anti-seepage verification of the garbage truck, and to the traction power test of different models of the towing head, all the performance parameters of the equipment fully met the requirements of the civil aviation industry standards.
