Fouad to Manage QA/AC at SFO Project for WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff

Mohamed Fouad has been named a senior supervising construction manager in the San Francisco office of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff.

In his new position, Fouad will be responsible for managing the quality assurance/quality control program of the Terminal 1 renovation project at San Francisco International Airport. In this role, he will develop and implement quality assurance/quality control processes and procedures to ensure that the scope of work complies with contract requirements to meet and exceed industry quality standards. He will oversee code compliance and special requirements, inspection, testing and commissioning of design and construction.

Fouad has extensive experience in project management, construction management and quality assurance/quality control on major infrastructure projects. He has worked on several multi-billion dollar highway projects in Virginia and has provided oversight services for large-scale infrastructure projects in Trinidad and Tobago. Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, he was a construction program director with a global engineering, procurement and construction services firm.

A licensed professional engineer in Virginia, New York and California, Fouad earned a master’s degree in civil engineering from California State University, Sacramento, and a master’s degree in public administration from Golden Gate University.

He is a member of the Construction Management Association of America and American Society of Civil Engineers.
