Full F&B and retail line-up announced for T3 at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Arizona, has unveiled its full line-up of restaurants and retail outlets for its newly renovated Terminal 3 (T3) facility, due for completion in 2020.

Terminal 3 is in the process of a three-part modernization program to provide travelers with a more modern and efficient travel experience. The first component opened in December 2015, and enhances the traveling experience with a larger, consolidated security checkpoint, expanded ticket counter areas and renovated amenities.

The second component is slated to open in late 2018/early 2019 and will provide an all new South Concourse with many of the new dining and retail options. The final phase, which is expected to be completed in 2020, will include a renovated North Concourse with new shops and restaurants.

The new food and beverage contracts were awarded to Host International and SSP America while retail contracts were granted to Stellar Retail Group PHX and HG PHX T3 Retailers 2017 JV – a joint venture led by Hudson.

Dining concepts from Host International include:

The Parlor – wood oven pizzas, pastas, sandwiches and salads;

Starbucks – coffee, premium teas and fine pastries;

Shake Shack – frozen custard, shakes, hotdogs and burgers;

Panera Bread – locally operated restaurant offering freshly baked cookies, muffins, brownies, croissants, quiches, breads, soups, salads and sandwiches;

Mustache Pretzel – gourmet pretzels, dips and drink;

Postino – bruschetta boards, salads, sandwiches, beer and wine;

Joyride Taco House –tacos, burritos, scrumptious appetizers and craft cocktails; and

Ace Vending – beverage vending machines available 24/7.

SSP America:

Peet’s Coffee – enjoy a latte, iced coffee or other specialty items;

Tru Burger Co – craft your own specialty burger at this local favorite;

Habit Burger Grill –national favorite offering charburgers, sandwiches and frozen treats;

Original ChopShop – sells salads, protein bowls, sandwiches and fresh juices;

Uberrito Fresh Mex – burritos, tacos, and more are available at this fresh-Mexican eatery;

Phoenix Ale Brewery Central Kitchen – locally-brewed beer;

Leoni’s Focaccia – cured Italian meats, focaccia bread and a variety of cheeses;

Ajo Al’s Mexican Café – grab enchiladas, tacos, burritos, tamales and taco plates;

Crave Grounds – freshly-made donuts with locally-roasted coffees and specialty teas;

The Tavern – from Phoenix chef Mark Tarbell. Salads, sandwiches, burgers, and a variety of entrees make this an enjoyable local dining experience; and

Christopher’s Crush – from James Beard award winner chef Gross, this local restaurant serves a variety of pizzas, salads, entrees, meats and cheeses.

Indigenous/Mosaic – a combination of two popular Sky Harbor stores. Unique gifts including creative ceramics, dazzling jewelry, artwork, collectibles and souvenirs at this regionally-operated store;
