A Heavy Duty Crash Barrier protects your ULD Handling Equipment from impact, to prevent damage, ensure a longer life for your equipment, simplify unloading, there are many reasons to use Protection Barriers around your System.

Heavy Duty Protection Barriers
Rollers Type:
To protect the interfaces from impact by mobile handling equipment such as slave pallets, dolly’s and forklift trucks, heavy duty roller / crash barriers will be installed in front of the equipment and indicated on the lay-out drawing (when available).
Barriers are of a heavy duty design and will be supplied with interface rollers at dolly conveying height of 508 mm. The rollers are fitted in horizontal HE beams supported on columns spaced at 1500 mm c.t.c. with base plates anchored to the floor.
Wedge Type:
To protect interfaces from impact by mobile handling equipment such as fork lift trucks and slave pallets, heavy duty crash barriers can be installed around the equipment.
Barriers are of a heavy duty design and are supplied with an average height of 490 mm.
They consist of a replaceable steel impact plate and columns with base plates.
The base plates are anchored to the floor using shock absorbers to reduce potential damage.
The steel impact plates are provided with slots for simple fixing to the columns.
Forklift Protection Barriers
Cheese Wedge, no Rollers:
To protect the reload and offload decks from impact by mobile handling equipment such as forklift trucks, heavy duty crash barriers will be installed in front of the equipment as indicated on the lay-out drawing.
Barriers are of a heavy duty steel plate construction, total height 490 mm.
General:
To protect the castor decks from impact by mobile handling equipment heavy duty crash barriers will be installed in front of the equipment as indicated on the lay-out drawing.
Barriers are of a heavy duty steel plate construction, total height 490 mm.
