Manual roller deck for storage of ULD’s. Various sizes are available to accommodate different ULD types and to suit the overall system lay-out.
Standard sizes are:
- 5ft deck for ULD’s of maximum 5 ft base size with dimensions:
L x W: 60.4 x 61.5 inch (1,534 x 1,562 mm).
- 10ft deck for ULD’s of maximum 10 ft base size with dimensions:
L x W: 125 x 96 inch (3,175 x 2,438 mm).
Roller decks consist of a hot-dipped galvanised steel frame, walkways and multiple cargo rollers. The zinc plated cargo rollers have spring loaded hexagonal shafts and can easily be installed and replaced from the top deck surface without requiring special tools. Roller Decks are supplied with manual pallet stops and side guides. Adjustable supports are fitted to the decks for floor mounting.
Optional crash barriers can be fitted to protect the decks from mobile equipment.
