Non-powered roller deck for manual conveying and storage of ULD’s for either NEP or WEP presentation.

The standard 10ft module has dimensions of LxW: 3300 x 2600 mm, however these can be modified according to the required system lay-out. The standard 10ft module has a capacity of 6800 kg and a conveying height of 508 mm (20” dolly height).

Roller decks consist of a hot-dip galvanised steel frame, walkways (durbar / tear plate) and multiple cargo rollers (zinc plated). The cargo rollers are fitted in such a way that these can easily be installed and replaced from the top deck surface without requiring special tools. Height adjustable supports are fitted for floor mounting.

Various alternative roller deck versions are also available:

- Low conveying height of 258 mm (instead of 508 mm)

- Perforated deck plate for outside use (instead of durbar / tear plate for inside use)

- Fitted with multi-stops to lock various ULD sizes on offload/reload COY/NCY positions.

- Fitted with fixed-end stop for COY positions.

- Integrated weighing system
