ALMATY AIRPORT INAUGURATES A NEW TERMINAL (KAZAKHSTAN)

Most important hub in Central Asia

After the airports of Tashkent (Uzbekistan) and Kyzylorda (Kazakhstan), to which IMAT supplied seats last year, it is now the turn of Almaty International Airport - the main Kazakh airport and one of the most important in terms of passenger volume in Central Asia. In this project, the Turkish company TAV Construction has been entrusted with the remodeling of the terminal, which occupies 53,500 square meters and for which plans are underway to attract additional investment to further develop the airport's infrastructure. With regard to the type of seating chosen for the waiting areas, the airport has opted for the MASTER BASIC model, in three different color combinations, side tables and power outlets.
