The body structure of the airport shuttle car is a load-bearing body, and the body skeleton is welded with rectangular high-strength low-carbon alloy steel profiles to form a ring structure. Combined with the finite element CAE analysis technology, the perfect combination of high structural strength, good stiffness and lightweight design is achieved. The body structure adopts the anti-corrosion capability of cathode electrophoresis. The process holes are opened to ensure that the inner cavity of the skeleton is fully electrophoretic. At the same time, the residual problem of electrophoretic liquid is solved through the process holes and drying process. Its vehicle carrying capacity is strong, can achieve the rated carrying capacity of 105 people (including 3 people in the cab), can carry up to 130 people transport capacity.
