Safety requirements for TY-KT58 passenger stairs (diesel)
TY-KT58 passenger stairs (diesel) are mainly composed of self-made chassis, ladder body (fixed ladder, movable ladder each section), side plate, lifting device, platform, legs, hydraulic system, electrical system, etc. The aircraft ladder adopts the retractable height adjustment mode, the platform is 2200mm ~ 5800mm above the ground, and the passenger ladder can carry 108 people (including 8 people on the platform, each person is calculated by 65kg).

When the aircraft ladder is in the running state and the telescopic mechanisms on the platform are all withdrawn, there should be no components or other obstacles obstructing the docking within 300mm directly below the docking area between the platform and the aircraft. The cab or bridge shall not exceed the leading edge of the platform, the boarding ladder shall be provided with an indication of the ladder height from the driver's seat, and lighting equipment shall be provided to ensure that the height indication can be seen at night. Maximum tolerance for height indication is ±30mm
The aircraft ladder shall be equipped with at least one dry powder fire extinguisher of 8kg when it is in working condition. Adequate lighting equipment shall be provided on the inside of the stairway and on the upper platform. The lighting shall be natural, soft and without glare, and C-type low light intensity aviation obstacle light shall be set up in obvious position of the aircraft ladder. Warning signs indicating the maximum carrying capacity and the maximum number of people allowed to carry shall be provided on the platform of the aircraft ladder. There shall be a sign on the inside of the side plate of the upper platform to prohibit leaning. During the operation of the stair lifting, all working devices shall operate smoothly and flexibly. The cylinder block of the stair lifting oil cylinder shall be equipped with a safety locking device to prevent the piston rod of the cylinder from accidentally retracting
