Aircraft Catering Truck (diesel) hydraulic system
The system adopts open, single pump, quantitative, parallel oil circulation system, which is composed of power mechanism, control and adjustment device, actuator, auxiliary mechanism and working medium.
Power mechanism
The main power adopts the gear pump, which is driven by the engine operation, and the output of the force extractor drives the oil pump, so that the oil pump works and the working oil is output.
The emergency pump adopts two forms of electric pump and manual hydraulic pump. When the electric pump cannot operate in an emergency situation without electricity, the manual hydraulic pump can be used.
Control regulating device
① The control and adjustment device includes a pressure valve, a direction valve and a flow valve.
② Pressure valve: The pressure valve is composed of an relief valve and a throttle valve.
③ Relief valve: use electromagnetic pilot relief valve. When the solenoid valve does not move, the system forms a unloading circuit, the electric valve is closed, and the maximum pressure of the system is adjusted by the relief valve.
④ The adjustable throttle valve is installed on the back of the integrated block, and the opening pressure of the hydraulic control check valve is adjusted. The clockwise rotating pressure increases and the counterclockwise rotating pressure decreases.
The direction valve includes two electro-hydraulic directional valves, two liquid-controlled check valves, two one-way valves, and four liquid-controlled two-way locks.
⑥ Electromagnetic directional valve respectively control the body lift support foot retraction.
⑦ The hydraulic control check valve makes the oil flow only in one direction.
⑧ Bi-directional hydraulic lock is installed next to each support foot to ensure that the support foot is reliably locked in the folded or extended position.
⑨ The flow valve adopts a one-way throttle valve to adjust the falling speed of the body. Clockwise rotation makes the falling speed of the body fast, and counterclockwise rotation makes the falling speed slow.
Executive mechanism
① The actuator comprises a body lifting oil cylinder, a foot retracting oil cylinder and a platform oil cylinder.
② The platform cylinder adopts two double-acting oil cylinders, and the hydraulic power station controls the platform to move left and right and expand back and forth.
(3) The body lifting cylinder adopts two single-stage plunger cylinders, the lower supporting shaft of the cylinder is fixed on the chassis, the upper supporting shaft is fixed on the inner fork frame, the jacking structure is in the form of the girder top fork frame, and the top of the cylinder is equipped with exhaust bolts.
④ The support cylinder adopts four single-piston rod double-acting cylinders, which are installed on the four fulcrum of the frame.
Auxiliary mechanism
① Auxiliary mechanism including fuel tank, oil filter, level gauge, pressure gauge, hydraulic pipe.
② The oil chamber is made of 2㎜ stainless steel, and the bottom is equipped with oil discharge bolts.
③ Oil filter
④ Hydraulic air filter, installed in the upper part of the tank.
⑤ Self-sealing oil suction filter, oil volume 160L/min, filtration accuracy 80um, installed on the left side of the tank.
⑥ Self-sealing pressure pipeline filter, bypass valve opening pressure 0.4Mpa. The power of the transmitter is 48W, when the filter element is blocked by dirt to the oil outlet pressure difference of 0.35Mpa, the switch signal is issued.
⑦ Pressure gauge: Model YN60, measuring range 0 ~ 25Mpa, used to display system pressure.
⑧ Hydraulic pipe: The use of sleeve joints and seamless hydraulic steel pipe, three layers of steel wire preparation of high pressure hose, all pipes are 40Mpa pressure test before installation, qualified after loading.
⑨ Normal working temperature of the hydraulic system -25 ~ +80℃.
Working medium
The working medium is ground anti-wear hydraulic oil. The oil stored in the tank when the vehicle leaves the factory is the recommended oil, and all the other brands of oil should be replaced when the working medium is used
