Aircraft Belt Loaders are composed of chassis assembly, closed cab (optional: open air operation station assembly), lifting frame assembly, transmission frame assembly, electrical and hydraulic system and other parts.

The Aircraft Belt Loaders conveyor belt support is mainly composed of an 800mm wide main frame, load-bearing rollers, drive rollers, driven rollers, adjusting rollers, drive motors, baffles, handrails, etc.

The front drive roller is a rubber-coated roller with a diameter greater than 200mm and a polyurethane material rubber layer, which provides sufficient friction while offering a service life of up to 20 years. The rear end is a conveyor belt tensioning device. With an adjustment range of up to 160mm from front to back, the conveyor belt is easy to disassemble, assemble and maintain.

The load-bearing rollers are thickened and produced by the well-known brand Dema, with a wall thickness of 2mm. The distance between the front and rear rollers is only 70mm, ensuring that the luggage is not damaged by the goods during loading and unloading. The middle distance is 180mm, minimizing subsequent maintenance to the greatest extent.

The conveyor belt is 700mm wide and 8mm thick, a three-layer woven NANG conveyor belt imported from Taiwan, and a stainless steel belt buckle imported from the United States. Two sets of conveyor belt deviation correction devices are installed at the lower end of the conveyor frame to control the left and right deviation of the belt during the front and back operation.

The hydraulic motor front-mounted drive system has a 30% higher transmission efficiency than the rear-mounted drive system. When transmitting 1200kg of goods at a 24-degree Angle, the hydraulic system pressure is only 7Mpa, and the drive motor is less likely to slip. The motor is located beneath the belt, making it easy to install and maintain later.

Stainless steel guide plates with a height of 100mm are installed on both sides of the conveyor frame to prevent luggage from sliding out of the conveyor frame. The right baffle can be folded along with the handrail and is lower than the conveying surface when lowered. The height of the handrail when lifted is 850mm.
