Aircraft Pushback Tractors
Aircraft Pushback Tractors for thrust and towing services. The towing tractor has heavy capacity and is capable of towing large aircraft.
Aircraft Pushback Tractors consists of chassis, engine, transmission, drive shafts, front and rear axles, tires, frame, CAB, hydraulic system, braking system, steering system, air conditioning system, centralized lubrication system, electrical control system, ETC.
It is made by integral welding of high-strength steel plates. There are four hooks and a cover plate made of anti-slip material on the top of the chassis. The vehicle body can withstand a pressure of 300kg/m. The maintenance openings on the top and both sides of the frame are equipped with hinge-type quick-opening covers and mechanical safety support rods. The inspection holes for engine oil, transmission fluid and antifreeze are set at positions that are convenient for inspection. For the convenience of maintenance, there are four hydraulic jack support legs inside the frame, and it is equipped with a monitoring system that can alarm in time.
1.2. The front axle adopts a suspended leaf spring shock absorber, while the rear axle adopts a fixed type.
1.3. Trailer hooks: Trailer hooks are installed at both the front and rear ends of the tractor.
1.4. It is equipped with a complete hydraulic lifting system (hydraulic outriggers), which facilitates tire replacement and overall machine maintenance.
