The hydraulic system is composed of power take-off, oil tank, gear oil pump, electric pump, manual pump, solenoid valve, hydraulic cylinder, etc. The actions of each hydraulic cylinder are controlled by the electrical system to achieve various functions of the vehicle.
2. The main power is provided by a gear pump. The engine operates to drive the power take-off, and the output shaft of the power take-off drives the oil pump, causing it to work and output the working oil.
3. Emergency operation should be carried out using a hand-cranked hydraulic pump.
4. The main hydraulic components adopt imported well-known brands from Europe and America.
5. The four hydraulic support feet are reasonably set up, and the lifting weight is greater than the total mass.
6. The lifting cylinder is equipped with a check valve and a low-position limit valve, and is also fitted with a hydraulic lock. The feet of the hydraulic cylinder are equipped with hydraulic locks.
7. Hydraulic pipe materials should be made of metal in all areas except the moving parts.
8. Hydraulic control: The hydraulic control and oil circuit control for the lifting of the rear platform and the body must be independently arranged (i.e., the control components for the above control actions and the hydraulic pipeline control are not shared), and the hydraulic output should be reasonable.
