WTJ3600TKT passenger boarding stairs are composed of sliding door assembly, protection panel assembly, ladder body assembly, lifting mechanism, bottom frame assembly, platform assembly, tail ladder assembly, etc. The ladder structure is vertical plate change, boarding ladder up and down, the upper and lower ladder for parallel four-sided movement, the platform height changes from 2640 to 3600mm.

1. Sliding door assembly

The sliding door assembly on both sides is mainly composed of sliding door frame, sliding door guardrail, decorative board, anti-collision tube, roller components, etc. The sliding door guardrail is 1115mm away from the platform. The door moving frame is welded with a 38x 25 x1.5 mm stainless steel rectangular pipe, and the guardrail is made with ∅38x1.5 stainless steel pipe. Both sides of the door moving frame are decorated with aluminum-plastic panels, and the edges are packaged with stainless steel grooves. The door moving forward and backward is enabled by a roller and guide device, and anti-collision rubber tubes are installed at the front end of the door moving assembly.

2, protection board assembly

The protection board on both sides is composed of the protection board skeleton, railing assembly, interior and exterior decorative board, ladder body lighting and so on. The frame of the protection board is made of 38x25x1.5 stainless steel rectangular tube welded, and the handrails are made of φ38mm stainless steel pipe. Both sides of the frame of the protection board are decorated with aluminum-plastic panels. The two sides of the protection board are equipped with 6 LED lights for the lighting of the ladder body assembly.

3. Ladder body assembly

The ladder body assembly is mainly composed of the upper and lower longitudinal beam, step fixed frame, step plate, etc. The ladder body structure is vertical plate change. When the boarding ladder is lifted up and down, the upper and lower ladder frames are moved parallel on four sides, and the height of the ladder changes from 140 to 200mm. The two sides of the upper and lower frames are load-bearing beams, which are made of 100×80×5mm and 80×40×3mm seamless rectangular tubes, respectively. The step fixing frame is welded with 40x40x4 Angle steel and connected to the ladder body and the lower longitudinal beam frame with pins. The step plate is pressed with δ=4mm non-slip pattern aluminum plate. When the platform rises to 3600mm, the Angle between the ladder body and the ground is 39°.
