1 Chassis

The chassis is modified by the second class chassis of Qingling, and its structural performance can be used and maintained by referring to the operation manual of the second class chassis of Qingling.

The chassis is partially modified according to the product design. The rear end of the girder is welded with a working platform frame, the left side of the platform frame is a ladder, which is used for staff to go on the box maintenance and sanitary cleaning, and the right side of the platform frame is a cleaning pipe conveying device. A water pump, water inlet pipe, hydraulic pump and hydraulic accessories are installed on the right side of the girder, and a fixed diesel tank and hydraulic oil tank are placed on the left side of the girder.

2 Water tank assembly

The clean water box shell is made of high-quality stainless steel plate with a thickness of 4mm, the material is food grade 316, and it is welded by argon arc welding. The internal welding of the box is smooth and without burrs. The bottom surface of the box is made of circular arc, and the water tank is installed with a certain inclination for easy drainage. The water outlet inside the water tank is equipped with a filter screen, which can protect the water pump well, and the upper end of the water tank is equipped with a water inlet, which is equipped with a tight sealing cap. There is a clear and intuitive water level gauge in the water inlet position of the water tank, which can clearly and correctly reflect the liquid level height in the box.

The water tank is equipped with a stainless steel anti-swing plate with a thickness of 4mm, to avoid shaking when the vehicle is running after the water tank is added, and the welding is firm, the layout is reasonable, and it is easy to clean; The top of the water tank is separately provided with an air vent valve. The two water tanks and the car girder are fixed in the form of rubber cushion connection, which reduces the vibration of the box when the car is driving.
