Loading an Airbus H145M helicopter into an A400M transport aircraft

New loading ramp from LICO for Airbus H145M

To enable loading an Airbus H145M helicopter into an A400, LICO GmbH was commissioned by Airbus Helicopters to develop and produce a special loading ramp. This allows the H145M helicopter to be pulled into the cargo bay of the A400, using a winch and the ramp. This loading application requires maximum precision of work, since although there‘s plenty of room for the H145, the loading procedure has zero tolerance for error.
