The toilet unloading vehicle water tank is made of 0Cr18Ni9Ti/4 stainless steel plate, and the tank consists of three completely isolated compartments: 240L circulating water compartment, which provides circulating water for the vacuum pump; 1000L fresh water compartment, which provides fresh water for the airplane, and is equipped with a circular manhole cover on the top of the compartment; and 2000L sewage compartment, which stores sewage discharged from the sewage compartment of the airplane, and is divided into two identical compartments by a baffle plate. The sewage compartment 2000L is divided into two identical compartments by the baffle plate, the top of the compartment is equipped with two round manhole covers, two breathing valves, when the vacuum level reaches the rated vacuum pressure of the box, the breathing valves begin to suction from the outside of the box to the inside of the box, so as to ensure the safety of the box, the bottom of the box is equipped with a sewage outlet, sewage box tail end surface is equipped with a sewage observation window, which allows you to observe the sewage level of the water in the compartment. The box is connected to the chassis through 6 rubber shock absorbers, which can well buffer the vibration of the water tank during the movement of the car. The upper surface of the water tank has imported anti-slip stickers, which can prevent the operator from slipping when working on the water tank and overhauling. Clear, sewage water tank is equipped with "well" shaped waterproof plate, to prevent the impact of the water flow and churning of the vehicle in traveling.

The water tank is equipped with a thickness of 4mm molded stainless steel anti-swing plate, to avoid the water tank after adding water to the vehicle driving shaking phenomenon, and welded firmly, reasonably arranged, easy to clean; in the top of the water tank were equipped with ventilation valves. Two water tanks and car beams are fixed using rubber cushion coupling form, reducing the vibration of the box body due to the car in motion.
