7T container plate trailer is mainly used for loading P1P, P6P container plate, and LD1, LD2, LD3, LD4, LD7, LD8, LD9, LD11, LD26, LD29, LD39 containers.

Frame: It adopts national standard 16#, 10# channel steel, roller beam adopts 63#x63#x8mm thick angle iron, there is a walkway in the middle, which is sealed with 3mm patterned steel plate, and forklift holes are installed in the front and rear.

Roller: The working surface adopts 28 pieces of double-row rollers, and the rollers are φ76x4mm high-quality seamless steel pipes (galvanized) with built-in bearings and closed at both ends. The rollers are built-in bearings, with two ends closed, and the two ends of the rollers are fixed with M20 self-locking nuts. The biggest advantages of these rollers are that they are not falling off, impact resistant, dustproof and not easy to be damaged.
