The JSTY5080KTE aircraft passenger boarding ladder is equipped with a widened chassis and four outrigger cylinders to stabilize the chassis. It is powered by batteries from the well-known domestic brand CATL, and the height of the platform is adjusted by hydraulic drive. The automatic control simplifies the operation process. The self-made chassis adopts rear-axle drive and front-axle steering, and is equipped with an electric vacuum-assisted dual-pipeline hydraulic braking system and an electronic control system. The frame welded from high-carbon steel provides structural support for the above-mentioned components. A cab equipped with integrated control devices and professionally designed in accordance with ergonomics.

The on-board battery transmits electrical energy to the traction motor through the motor controller. The traction motor then transmits power to the rear wheels through the reducer and the rear drive axle to drive the entire vehicle forward and backward. The steering wheel drives the steering pump, which in turn drives the front axle steering cylinder to steer the front wheels. The pump motor provides hydraulic steering assistance to the steering system through the hydraulic pump. The brake pedal supplies braking force to the front axle disc brake and the rear axle drum brake through the hydraulic brake pump, providing driving braking force for the entire vehicle. The parking brake is driven by the handbrake pulling the extension and retraction of the brake soft shaft to control the rear axle drum brake, providing the parking braking force. The electronic throttle and gear shifting device provide electrical signals to control the output torque, rotational speed and rotation direction of the traction motor through the motor controller, thereby controlling the vehicle speed and travel direction. The chassis frame is an installation that fits the various functional components of this machine. It is specially designed for this equipment to maximize the installation and maintenance space. It is made of high-strength carbon steel by welding and is equipped with hydraulic outriggers at the four corners to increase stability during operation. The cab, in combination with the shapes of various control devices, arranges the positions of control devices such as seats, steering wheels, pedals and buttons according to operating habits, making the operation more in line with the requirements of ergonomics. An optional air conditioning system is available to enhance driving comfort.

The chassis is heavy, has a low center of gravity and good stability. The chassis is covered with a cover plate that is detachable, facilitating the maintenance of each component. The chassis is equipped with four hydraulic outriggers to ensure the stability of the passenger elevator car when passengers board the plane. The chassis consists of transmission, steering, braking and the cab.

The transmission system controls the variable frequency speed regulation traction motor as the prime mover through the motor controller, and the power is transmitted through the reducer, transmission shaft, main reduction drive axle, rim and tire. The motor controller and traction motor adopt products from the most influential top supplier companies in the industry. The reducer adopts products of Siemens. The suspension is equipped with front and rear longitudinal leaf springs and hydraulic cylinder shock absorbers.

The steering system is driven by an electric hydraulic pump through a fully hydraulic steering gear (Eton or other well-known brand products) to control the steering of the front wheels by driving the steering hydraulic cylinder.

The braking system is a vacuum-assisted braking system provided by an electric vacuum pump, featuring a front and rear drum, dual-pipeline hydraulic braking system.

The cab is equipped with a large curved windshield, offering a wide field of vision and making it very convenient to observe the docking situation with the aircraft. The overall shape is elegant and generous. It can be equipped with a dedicated electric vehicle heating and cooling air conditioner (electric scroll compressor, PTC heating).

The dynamic system is a vacuum-assisted braking system provided by an electric vacuum pump, featuring a front disc and rear drum type with dual pipelines.
